Shipping and Delivery Times

For the UK mainland we offer free shipping on orders over £50, and £2.99 for orders under £30.

We know you will be keen to get your hands on your new Ruby and the Rainbow order. We make all items to order with care and attention, so it normally takes about 7 working days for your order to arrive. Please note at peak times your order may take a little longer. If your item has not arrived within 2 weeks, please contact us and we will check the whereabouts of your item.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your Ruby and the Rainbow item. If your item isn’t as described and you’re not 100% happy with it then get in touch with us as soon as possible. We offer a 30-day return policy.
